Asked for Female, 30 Years
Hi,I am trying for fertility from last one and half year but its not happening From maturity onwards I have pcod irregular cycles like 3 or 4 months once sometimes with medicine only I will get period so, Few cycles 6 to 7 I tried with letrozole but not worked in between use to take gaps for 2 months like thatLast year hystereolaparoscopy also done for septal recesion tubes r fyn then I took gap again for few days Last year 2024 oct ,nov took contraceptive 21 days pills for 2mnths and then Last year dec, this year jan 2 cycles went to cloudnine with letrozole and menotrophin injections as well with one cycle IUI but both got failed.So, shall I try and continue 3rd cycle with this medication only orFirst focus on lifestyle, stress management then only possible to conceive Or better to go direct IVF only Apart from pcod there is no other issues

Lifestyle modification stress management have to go hand in hand Since you have tried only one cycle of iui you can try a few more cycles if no success then you should shift to IVF
