𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗺𝗮𝗻’𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿!🇴🇲 As of July 2023, the country welcomed approximately 2.3 million visitors, reflecting a 2.4% increase compared to last year. While July saw a slight dip in arrivals, the overall trend demonstrates the growing interest in Oman as a prime travel destination.Visitors hailed from various regions, including 89,007 from Asia, 13,379 from Europe, and 5,271 from the Americas, alongside 939 visitors from Oceania. This diverse influx highlights Oman’s appeal across different markets.In terms of accommodation, 3- to 5-star hotels reported a 7.9% increase year-on-year. With a total of 1,204,426 hotel guests and an impressive rise in room-night bookings, the hospitality sector is thriving, achieving an overall occupancy rate of 46.7%.
