Though these 9-1-1 season 8 numbers are impressive, they do not at all surprise me. Over the years, the series has covered disasters of massive scale, including season 3's tsunami and 9-1-1 season 7's cruise ship disaster. This left viewers like me wondering what 9-1-1 season 8 could do to top the previous seasons in scale. Though it is in part a ridiculous premise, the show managed to do it again with Bee-Nado, and their viewership numbers reflect how good of a decision it was.
